What kind of appointment do you need?

Contact your Lender
Your lender, or lienholder, will have all of the information to guide you to redeeming personal property or redeeming a vehicle. Our office staff is unable to generate documents or schedule appointments without first getting documents from your lender.
Schedule Appointment
Schedule an appointment using the link at the bottom of this page. Once you schedule an appointment, we review your file.
Scheduling an appointment is NOT a confirmation.
We will review fees due for the appointment, ensure correct documents have been sent, and review time scheduled to not interfere with other appointments so you have dedicated time with our staff for a stress free exchange.
Please include your preferred method of contact when booking an appointment.
Items Needed
- Bring a valid, unexpired, government issued photo ID. This can be a driver license, non-driver license, or passport. If your ID was in your vehicle at the time of repossession, no need to worry! We can redeem it on your behalf. If your name has changed, please bring name change proof.
-Keys for the vehicle, regardless of type of appointment.
-Fees will be confirmed through method of your choosing before your appointment.
We accept cash (exact change only), Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay, GooglePay, CashApp, and we can send a link to a 3rd party for payment.
Fees
If you miss your confirmed appointment time by more than 15 minutes, you will be charged $25 to reschedule.
